In this agreement you are agreeing not to access the Site, or provide access to the Site, by any means other than the interface that is provided by Left Coast Tee, LLC for use in accessing the Site. Left Coast Tee, LLC authorizes you to download and copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only, non-commercial, provided that you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

USER SUBMISSIONS

At Left Coast Tee, LLC, we welcome any comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, materials and other submissions (“User Submissions”) that you send. MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

Availability of merchandise may vary at leftcoasttee.com. In some instances, merchandise for sale at the Site may not be available in all sizes and colors and is only available while supplies last. Display of an item on leftcoasttee.com is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on the Site upon your next visit. The prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, Left Coast Tee, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at an incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Left Coast Tee, LLC will immediately issue credit to your credit card account. Left Coast Tee, LLC has made every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible, its merchandise on leftcoasttee.com. Various factors may alter the actual colors, textures or details you may see on your screen due to the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor. Left Coast Tee, LLC is not responsible if your monitor’s display of any color, texture or detail of actual merchandise is not accurate. However, if for any reason you are not happy with a purchase you made from Left Coast Tee, LLC, you can return or exchange it to us.

Left Coast Tee, LLC may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the Site at any time, immediately and without notice, if in Left Coast Tee, LLC’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
