What makes your product better than others?

It begins with our product development work. Unlike many who simply purchase products on the open market and slap their label on it, we spend a lot of time designing each of our products. Every detail of a style -- silhouette, fit specification and trim are considered to achieve the best appearance and performance for our customers. The fabrics selected are specific for the season and intended use of a garment. A garment is made under strict supervision in factories proven to have the expertise to meet our standards. Only because we follow this rigorous process do we have the confidence to guarantee your satisfaction with our garments.


Why do you make your garments from Peruvian pima cotton?

Much like steak, wine, silk or cashmere, the quality of cotton greatly varies. Thanks to ideal growing conditions, extra-long staple length and hand harvesting, Peruvian pima cotton is the world’s finest, prized for its exceptional durability, softness and brilliant luster. We use Peruvian pima cotton exclusively or sometimes mixed with other superior yarns to make unique, superior knit fabrics, which is the ultimate performance fabric.


Where do you make your products?

We make them in the best factories around the world who specialize in working with knitted fabrics. Right now many of those factories we’re using are in Peru.


How do I find the right size for me?

Start with our size and fit guide, which gives you the corresponding chest, waist and length dimensions that fit best with our sizes. Round up to the nearest inch for comfort, and down for a snugger fit.

To measure yourself, use a flexible body measure tape. The chest is measured as the circumference around your body directly under your arm. The waist is the circumference around your body just above your belly button. And the length starts at the base of the neck down along the spine.


What type of fits do you offer?

We offer two fits. Our Modern American fit is a classic fit that is relaxed and intended to fit comfortably and proportionately. In relation to our Modern American fit, our Shaped fit is a bit trimmer in the chest and waist with the sleeves and the body slightly shorter.


Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, our gift cards come in $100, $200 and $300 increments. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.


Do you go on sale or offer discounts?

Occasionally we do have promotions to celebrate special occasions or at the end of a season. Items from a previous season remain at a discounted price in our sale section until they are sold out. The availability is limited and all purchases are final so we cannot accept returns.


How soon does my order ship after it is placed?

Orders placed with the free standard shipment method dispatch within one business day. Expedited orders placed before 2pm eastern time ship the same business day same. Expedited orders placed after 2pm, ship the next business day.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship internationally to Canada. The shipping costs are based on address destination and the size and weight of the package. The shipping cost does not include duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient directly to the shipping carrier on delivery.


Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Georgia. The delivery time with our free standard shipping option from our warehouse ranges from 2 to 5 business days depending on the final destination. We do offer an expedited shipping option for additional fee.


Do you allow returns?

Yes, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. In cases of refunds, the original shipping charges are not refundable. If you’re making an exchange, there are no additional shipping charges. Please allow 10 business days to process returns and exchanges. Unfortunately merchandise that has been worn, altered or is more than 30 days old cannot be returned. How do I exchange a gift without the return form contained in the original package?

Please send it to the address below and include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we can locate the original order. The purchaser will not be notified of the exchange unless you wish to return it and that they receive the refund.

Can I return an item to leftcoasttee.com that was purchased at a store?

Unfortunately no. Merchandise purchased at any of our retail store partners cannot be returned to us directly. Please contact the store where the purchase was made.


Can I return an item at the store that carries Left Coast Tee that was purchased from leftcoasttee.com?

Unfortunately no. Merchandise purchased online from leftcoasttee.com cannot be returned to any of our retail store partners.
